Dean and his team are amazing! They’re friendly, professional, and really know their stuff. They got the job done quickly and efficiently, and the price was more than fair. It’s rare to find such a great crew that offers both quality work and great value. I highly recommend them and won’t go anywhere else!
Very down to earth, well priced and effective at what they do. They won’t overcharge and get the job done well.
I’ve had some varied interactions with tradies over the years – haven’t we all?!? But I must say, these guys are a professional company. I was “lucky” enough to have issues with both my storm water and sewerage at the same time right before Christmas. He was able to diagnose and fix the problems quickly and offer future options and advice for dealing with council. Dean was honest, upfront and the pricing is fair. I felt like I was listened to, heard and respected. I learnt more about plumbing than I’ve ever known and Dean was more than happy spending time to help me understand. Would recommend these guys to anyone, it’s a small family business who care about honest, reliable and good service. Thanks Dean – all those other magnets on the fridge are going in the bin… or to a kids art project
I had Dean come out to locate where my storm water pipes ran on my property. Not only did he do exactly what I requested, but he also turned up on time and was really helpful and friendly. I highly recommend.
On Time Plumbing are my plumbers of choice! Booking the job was easy, and communication on the day was helpful to organise my schedule. Jack arrived and was very helpful. the job involved drilling through double brick, and tap placement. He explained how he would do the job and also asked for my preferences of where things would be located. He also cleaned up after he was finished which is always appreciated.
I have needed to call Dean out a few times now Reliable & great work My “go to” plumber
Would definitely recommend, these guys are very friendly and have great communication skills, their service is very helpful and amazing they quickly identified the problems for us and finished everything with perfection very happy with the end results would definitely recommend
Great experience from start to finish. They arrived on time in a clearly marked truck, fixed the issue quickly, and left everything clean and tidy afterward — you can tell they really take pride in their work. I’d absolutely call them again and highly recommend them.
